Richmond American University London is currently seeking to hire an Adjunct Assistant/Associate Professor of Strategy and International Business. This position will report to the Head of Department at Richmond Business School.
As an Adjunct Assistant Professor or Adjunct Associate Professor in Strategy and International Business, you will play a vital role in the university community. We are looking for highly skilled and experienced individuals who have a strong academic background or professional experience. Your main responsibility will be teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in Strategy and International Business while ensuring that the courses are up-to-date, engaging, and relevant. Working as an adjunct faculty member will allow you to gain teaching experience, contribute to the academic community, and maintain flexibility to engage in other professional activities.
Responsibilities:
– Teach courses in strategy and international business for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
– Develop teaching materials.
– Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students.
– Engage in academic service activities such as serving on departmental committees and contributing to quality assurance.
Person Specification:
– Doctorate in a related field (candidates near completion of doctoral studies or with extensive professional practice will also be considered).
– Strong track record in teaching and research.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
– Strong dedication to academic excellence.
Additional Requirements:
– For Adjunct Associate Professor positions, candidates should have a strong teaching, course/materials development, and research record, as well as evidence of leadership and mentorship.
