We are seeking an Academic Leader to join our team. As an Academic Leader, your main responsibility will be to work closely with the Course Director and team in order to deliver an exceptional experience for students enrolled in the Kaplan Digital Pathways program. Your expertise in teaching and learning will be used to ensure that our academic program allows students to excel to the best of their abilities. You should have experience working with international students and be dedicated to student success. This is a remote position based in the UK.

Requirements for this role include a strong commitment to student-centered approaches to learning and teaching, experience in managing curriculum areas, knowledge of the needs of international students, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to analyze data and make informed conclusions, the ability to collaborate with different teams, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably with a UK Master’s degree or higher), and a teaching qualification is preferred.
