The DISC assessment Workplace Personality Test
The Workplace DISC assessment is a personality test that measures your behavioral style in the areas of dominance, influence, steadiness, and conscientiousness. The assessment is based on the theory that a person’s natural behavior patterns and communication style can be classified into one of four types, at the same time recognising that an individual can be a combination of different traits, or colours, as used in this test.
The test consists of a series of questions that ask about your attitudes and behaviors in different situations. The key to an accurate result is being as honest as possible with your answers. There is no right or wrong answer, and your answers will be used to generate a detailed profile of your personality, highlighting your dominant style, as well as your secondary styles.
We have designed the DISC assessment to provide you with insights into your natural tendencies and behavior patterns, which can can help you understand your strengths and weaknesses in different situations, improve your communication skills, and build better relationships with others. Additionally, the DISC assesment can provide valuable insights into how you approach work and your career, and help you identify areas for personal growth and development.
