Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract – 7 Months

We are seeking highly skilled individuals to join our Visa Compliance team as Visa Compliance Officers. With the growth of our student numbers and expansion of our programmes and portfolio, this is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established and respected department. As a Visa Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with international student visa sponsorship regulations.

Please note that this position requires you to work in both our London campus and from home. You will be based at our London campus for two days per week and work remotely for three days.

Key responsibilities of the Visa Compliance Officer include:

– Collaborating with stakeholders across the University to implement policies and processes related to our sponsor duties to the Home Office
– Assisting in determining the eligibility of prospective and current students for student visa sponsorship
– Maintaining accurate records and audit trails for all international students registered at the University
– Conducting on-course monitoring for international students across the University

– Ability to efficiently process large amounts of complex information with meticulous attention to detail
– Willingness to adhere to established processes and policies
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– A positive attitude and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
