About the Role:
We are seeking a driven individual to manage our international agents, maintaining strong relationships with our network of AE and UP Group Education Agents, and supporting our Student Recruitment Objectives. Key responsibilities include:

– Administration: Serve as the main point of contact for agent updates, manage their inquiries, coordinate agent contracts and certificates, and ensure proper documentation in our CRM system.
– Agent Management: Coach and train agents to ensure high performance, monitor outcomes, and refine processes within legal guidelines.
– Marketing, Promotion, and Communications: Develop a content communication plan for agents, coordinate information distribution, and manage key agent events.
– Customer Service: Provide excellent support to the agent network through constant communication with other teams.

About You:
Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service or administration roles, especially within international education. Strong administration and project coordination skills are essential, along with a Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualifications. Excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required. Experience with CRM systems and RTO Mesh database is preferred.
