About the Role: As a Senior Adviser, you will support the University’s overseas programs, with a focus on outbound exchange programs, short-term exchange and study abroad programs, and inbound study abroad and exchange programs. You will play a leading role in implementing large-scale initiatives and programs to provide greater access for all students. This role involves managing a portfolio of emerging partnerships and programs that help students develop professional and cross-cultural skills, preparing them for a global future. Responsibilities include program development and promotion, coordinating application and selection processes, and overseeing the student experience. You will also liaise with international partners and providers, deliver high-level customer service, and support the broader activities of Student Success. Who we are looking for: We are seeking someone with excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in a cross-cultural context. Stakeholder management experience and problem-solving skills are also essential, along with the ability to develop tailored and innovative programs to meet the needs of stakeholders and students. The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification, experience in providing learning abroad and student exchange programs in a higher education setting, and the ability to work in complex student service environments with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
