Reporting to the Academic Fees and Invoicing Manager, you will work on managing the University’s student funding and course fee invoicing function, interacting with various internal and external stakeholders. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as you will assist in resolving issues related to student funding for students, staff, and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
