Carolina Trust

We are currently accepting applications for the Program Coordinator position at Winston House, the University of North Carolina’s European Study Centre and home of Honors Carolina study abroad programming in London. The Program Coordinator will report to the Winston House Director and the Director of Global Education and Fellowships at Honors Carolina. See below for additional details:

– Hours: Full-time, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm with occasional weekend and evening work during peak times
– Deadline: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis starting from April 15, 2024. The position will remain open until filled.
– Job Description: The Program Coordinator will provide administrative, budgetary, and student support for a variety of study abroad programs. This role will also serve as the initial point of contact for student inquiries and assist with the day-to-day operations of Winston House. Occasional travel within the UK and Ireland is required.
– Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, numeracy skills, knowledge of American university practices, and relevant experience in a higher education setting, preferably within an international office. Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and collaborate with various stakeholders. Previous experience with UKVI Student Route visa compliance for study abroad institutions would be advantageous. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and participate in an on-call rotation is necessary.
