Job Title: Partnerships & Projects Officer About the opportunity: The University of Tasmania is committed to expanding its partnerships and learning abroad opportunities, both domestically and internationally. The Partnerships & Projects Officer will play a key role in identifying and coordinating partnerships that align with the university’s mission. They will act as a dedicated relationship manager for specific partnership areas, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support the partnership lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: – Manage relationships with partners to support students, teaching, and research agendas – Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with partnership procedures and regulations – Support partnership lifecycle including due diligence, contracting, program delivery, reviews, and governance – Develop and maintain operational processes for partnerships administration Requirements: – University degree or relevant work experience in higher education – Strong communication skills and ability to develop policies and procedures – Capacity to work collaboratively and autonomously within a strategic framework – Ability to manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders – Attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to lead projects from development to implementation Salary: HEO 6 level with a total remuneration package of up to $110,273 including base salary and superannuation.
