We are currently hiring for the role of Manager, Student Administration & Experience at our distinguished private institute of higher education in Sydney. This role is crucial in enhancing student engagement and ensuring a positive learning environment for our students. As the Manager of Student Administration & Experience, you will collaborate with the Campus Director and the team at the Office of Student Administration & Experience to develop and implement strategies to improve the overall student experience. You will oversee the departments of Enrolment, Experience, Student Counselling, and Reception, and provide leadership and support to the team. Key responsibilities include coordinating enrolment activities, providing high-quality services such as student orientation and counselling, and implementing programs to enhance the student experience. You will also play a role in developing policies and strategies to improve student engagement and satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you should have a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, proven experience in student services within a tertiary educational environment, and a track record of enhancing student engagement and experience. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and knowledge of university policies and procedures are also important. In return, we offer a two-year fixed-term contract with a salary of up to $90k Super. The role is based in Sydney CBD and requires full-time office work.
