As the Student Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role at our campus. Based at the front desk, you will be the primary point of contact for our EF Sales Offices, students, and suppliers. This role involves various administrative functions, including handling student bookings, visa administration, student support, and coordination of programs such as the Internship Program and the Job Club. This position is at the core of the EF school’s operations and requires interaction with all departments, making each day unique.

Responsibilities:
– Communicate with EF Sales Offices globally
– Manage student bookings and visa documents
– Assist with student welfare and address concerns
– Provide timely responses to inquiries
– Support the activities team and their events
– Assist with sales and extensions
– Coordinate the Job Club service
– Help manage student discipline issues
– Assist with student arrivals and graduation events
– Occasional requirement for evening and weekend hours
