Job Description: Century Ocean, a Visa, Migration and Education Agency located in Adelaide, South Australia, is seeking a professional individual to fill a full-time position as an International Student Recruitment Officer. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in recruiting international students to enroll in suitable courses in Australia. Additionally, the role involves performing reception and admin duties. Training and support will be provided in all aspects of promoting and recruiting for international education. Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate. Applicants must possess strong ethical values and be fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Personal Specifications: – Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; however, candidates with strong work experience in a related field can substitute for a formal qualification. – Preferably, prior experience in the Australian international student industry. – Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. – Customer service orientation, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service through written, verbal, and face-to-face channels. – Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style depending on the audience. – Excellent attention to detail and written skills when interacting with others, both internally and externally. – Possesses practical knowledge and can apply it in a commercial manner. – Willingness to assist and support team members. – Effective time management and organizational skills, completing objectives within given time frames and carrying out administrative duties efficiently and promptly.
