International Student Recruitment Marketing Manager at University of Leeds

This position will be primarily located on the university campus, but there is flexibility for it to be done in a hybrid manner.
As a member of the marketing team at Leeds University Business School, based in the International Office, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and executing the international student recruitment program. This program targets undergraduate, masters, MBA, and postgraduate research students in a competitive global market.
In this role, you will need to identify and take advantage of opportunities for the faculties to advance their international student recruitment strategy. You will also play a key role in representing the University both overseas and within the UK. Additionally, you will be expected to have the skills and experience to oversee integrated recruitment and marketing activities.
To excel in this position, you must be self-directed with an enthusiastic and proactive approach. You should also possess the ability to build relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Effective communication and negotiation skills are necessary for interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
