Oxford Brookes University

The International Student Advice Team (ISAT) at Oxford Brookes University’s Student Support Services is seeking an International Student Adviser. This position entails providing specialized immigration advice to applicants and students in accordance with the Office of Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC level 2) and the University’s Sponsor License. The role is a full-time, fixed-term position for one year to cover maternity leave.

Candidates for this position should have an undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification, or substantial relevant work experience in a similar role with general support and advice duties. Familiarity with Higher Education and experience in providing information, advice, and guidance services are also necessary. Additionally, knowledge of immigration rules pertaining to students and an interest in working with students from diverse cultures are desired qualifications.
