EF International Language Campuses in Brisbane is currently hiring an Accommodation Manager to join our team. This position will primarily focus on recruiting local hosts to accommodate international students, as well as managing student residences and ensuring a high standard of accommodation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus. They will also demonstrate drive and enthusiasm in reaching recruitment targets, alongside exceptional organizational skills. Leadership experience or potential is highly desirable, as is the ability to appreciate and understand international cultures. Successful candidates must also possess creative problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Fluency in English is essential, and a valid driving license is preferred. Additionally, long-term work rights in Australia are required. Responsibilities for this role include recruiting host families, conducting telemarketing and customer care activities related to host family inquiries, and attending promotional events and leafleting campaigns. The Accommodation Manager will also handle host family visits, ensuring their suitability and compliance with necessary accreditations. Customer support and relationship management with host families and international students are crucial aspects of this position. The Accommodation Manager will also maintain relationships with existing residence suppliers and actively seek opportunities to expand our accommodation options.
