International Recruitment Assistant at University of Bristol

Role Description
The International Student Recruitment Team (ISRT) at the University is responsible for recruiting international students, creating and executing marketing strategies, offering market expertise, and representing the University during student recruitment trips abroad.

The International Recruitment Assistant is tasked with handling inquiries from potential applicants and maintaining the International Recruitment website. Additionally, the role involves providing support to the International Recruitment team in the UK when they are away from the office to ensure smooth logistical operations.

Key Responsibilities
– Providing guidance to prospective applicants regarding University programs
– Managing campus tours for potential students
– Offering logistical support for recruitment events
– Coordinating visits to the University for prospective students and stakeholders
– Managing invoices and expense claims for the team

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities. Customer service experience is preferred, along with a dedication to delivering exceptional service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
