You will engage daily with our international alumni, helping to nurture and expand our 25 alumni communities through effective communications and events. Your responsibility includes supporting our international alumni volunteers by promptly and efficiently addressing their queries. As a creative content creator, you’ll captivate an audience of over 4,000 global alumni who eagerly await your weekly updates. This varied and dynamic role positions you as a friendly and efficient first point of contact for our alumni, no matter where they are in the world. You’ll become part of a small, dedicated team focused on continuous improvement and excellence. With a keen eye on supporting international alumni groups and organizing events, you must be highly organized and adaptable.
