This is a full-time position available immediately on a permanent basis. The role offers the opportunity for hybrid working, with some time spent on campus and some working from home within the UK.

Summary of the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our rapidly expanding HR Global Employment team. In this role, you will provide operational and administrative support to the team and advise various stakeholders across the University on Global Employment policies and processes. You will also contribute to the development of new initiatives and key projects as part of our Global HR transformation strategy.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

– Identifying and communicating the appropriate route through Global Employment processes, including expectations, objectives, and benefits.
– Developing and maintaining strong relationships to support service delivery.
– Managing payroll operations to support the University’s global employment arrangements.
– Efficiently gathering, recording, and analyzing information to ensure the effective delivery of Global Employment services.

We are seeking candidates with:

– Recent experience in a generalist HR, reward, or relocation environment.
– The ability to quickly learn new skills and understand Global Employment frameworks in a complex environment.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage others and build positive relationships.
