About Us: Inforum Education Australia has been operating for over 16 years, offering English language education to international students from around the world. Our campus is located in Southport, and we pride ourselves in being the largest regional ELICOS college in the country. Currently, we have 250 students studying with us, ranging from Elementary to Advanced levels. Qualifications & Experience: We are seeking individuals with excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills. A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential. Experience in conducting home inspections and ensuring optimal living conditions would be advantageous. Intermediate level proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Office is required. While experience in the international education sector is preferred, it is not essential. Tasks & Responsibilities: As part of our team, you will work closely with the homestay manager to match students’ accommodation requests with suitable homestay families in a timely manner. You will also assist in sourcing and recruiting appropriate accommodation options, particularly homestay families, for our international students. Your role will involve providing guidance to families regarding their responsibilities, as well as facilitating communication between families and students. Additionally, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating airport pick-ups and drop-offs for both individuals and groups. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to meet student groups upon their arrival at the college and bid them farewell at the end of their stay.
