Currently, we are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as the Executive Director, Global. In this role, you will report to the Vice President (Future Students and Outreach) and be responsible for enhancing our global initiatives. Your primary focus will be on increasing international student enrollment and expanding our global presence through strategic marketing strategies. You will develop comprehensive global engagement plans, forge partnerships with the University and key collaborators, and establish study abroad programs that align with our curriculum and academic standards. Your leadership, strategic planning expertise, and knowledge of international education will be instrumental in promoting global opportunities for students, especially those from marginalized backgrounds. Additionally, you will represent Southern Cross University in various local, national, and international settings and ensure compliance with regulations related to international students.
