Are you seeking to advance your Academic Career while gaining experience with an international organization? EF International Language Campuses in Brisbane is currently seeking a dynamic and qualified Director of Studies to oversee our Academic Department.

The Role:
As the Director of Studies, you will be responsible for managing the Academic department by implementing course programs as planned. You will have overall accountability for academic management, quality assurance, training, and development of the academic team. We are looking for a proactive individual who can utilize their previous experience to continue the successful growth and development of the school. Responsibilities include:

– Providing leadership and management for the Academic Department
– Leading by example in teaching and program implementation
– Setting the direction of the Academic department and supporting staff in meeting objectives
– Developing new academic content and conducting professional development sessions
– Managing the Academic team, timetabling, and correspondence with EF Sales Offices globally

Qualifications and competencies:
– Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field, or DELTA certified
– Experience teaching English to international students
– Academic management experience preferred
– Attention to detail, organized, and able to work under pressure
– Highly motivated, energetic, positive, and flexible
– Ability to work independently and under initiative
– Holds a valid Blue Card for child protection
