We have an exciting job opportunity available at Swinburne College for a Director of Student Experience. Swinburne College, in partnership with UP Education, offers foundation and pathway programs for both international and domestic students. These programs are designed to help students meet university entry requirements, transition to higher education, and improve their English language proficiency. As the Director of Student Experience and Support, your role will be crucial in ensuring the success of pathway students. You will oversee the College Hub, collaborate with teaching staff to provide tailored support, and work with College managers to develop strategic plans for student success, retention, and transition. Additionally, you will contribute to the professional development of teaching staff to enhance student learning outcomes. We are looking for someone dynamic who can adapt and implement support services to meet the diverse needs of our learners, teaching staff, and clients across different levels of certification and diploma programs. If you are passionate about supporting student success and driving educational excellence, we invite you to join our team at Swinburne College. To be suitable for this role, you should have experience in providing support to students in post-secondary pathway programs. You should also have a demonstrated understanding of successful teaching approaches for both international and domestic students.
