Position: Director of International Programs and Services

The Director of International Programs and Services at the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) plays a vital role in promoting global engagement and facilitating international partnerships. This position oversees study abroad and student exchange programs, as well as the English Language and Culture Institute. Key responsibilities include providing strategic and budgetary leadership, developing partnerships with higher education institutions globally, advising university leadership on international policies and opportunities, collaborating with the Office of Enrollment Management on international recruitment, and supervising a team of four within the Office of International Programs and Services.

Qualifications:
– Minimum of a BA/BS degree and eight years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree and six years of relevant experience.
– Knowledge of current issues and best practices in international education.
