We are currently looking for an experienced and innovative Director to lead and advance our Home Student Recruitment service. This role will support the University’s strategic plan and enhance our reputation among key partners and stakeholders. About the role: This is a thrilling senior leadership position responsible for achieving targets in home student recruitment. You will serve as the primary advisor to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Commercial) and the University Executive on all matters pertaining to home student recruitment, including admissions, scholarships, and industry consultations. As part of the University’s Senior Leadership Team, you will provide essential guidance, support, and development opportunities to the Home Student Recruitment teams. This influential role offers the chance to contribute at the corporate level and make a meaningful impact on the institution. What you can bring: As an experienced leader, you will have a proven track record in senior positions within student recruitment. You will think strategically, stay informed on market trends, and have the ability to adapt and respond to competitors. You will have a strong passion for widening access to education and possess exceptional influencing skills to build internal and external networks.
