The role involves developing and managing a program of online and in-person events and activities to support the conversion of postgraduate offer holders to enrolled students. Responsibilities include overseeing telephone calling campaigns, recruiting and managing a team of student ambassadors, supporting student recruitment and marketing, and managing online communities. The role is based in Reading, with the option for some remote work. Candidates should have experience in sales or marketing, running conversion activities or events, and providing support in a higher education setting. Good organizational and project management skills, as well as data and reporting skills, are necessary.
