The role: As a Transnational Education Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing, supporting, and managing the university’s international partnerships. You will develop productive partnerships and programs to ensure an integrated approach in engaging with existing and potential international partners. Responsibilities: – Develop clear and understandable goals and processes for the university – Overcome resistance to change and manage complex stakeholder issues – Question existing policies, processes, and systems for improvement and innovation – Understand the university environment and navigate stakeholder dynamics – Foster a climate of service excellence and implement strategies for client satisfaction – Coach and facilitate the growth and development of team members Requirements: – Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards them – Extensive experience in tertiary education administration – Experience with tenders, partnerships, commercial opportunities, and funding requests – Well-developed business and community networks – Project management and stakeholder management experience – Experience in transnational education programs – Experience in relationship management, negotiation, and interpreting agreements/contracts – Experience in reviewing and reporting on international partnerships – Business development experience in a tertiary environment How to apply: Submit your updated resume and a short cover letter highlighting your skills and experience.
