OVERVIEW The University of Hull is seeking an International Recruitment Officer-1 to support the work of the Global Student Recruitment Team. This role contributes to the university’s Strategy 2030 by helping to build an international community and increase international student recruitment across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The position focuses on recruitment activity within specific geographic areas and includes collaboration with admissions teams, agents, recruitment partners, and prospective international students. The role also supports programme promotion, operational recruitment activity, and internationalisation initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Support international recruitment for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes – Promote academic programmes to international students – Provide application support during the recruitment process – Support offer-holder conversion activity – Liaise with agents and recruitment partners – Manage educational agreements – Carry out operational work linked to admissions and CRM systems – Deliver recruitment partnerships – Support internationalisation initiatives – Contribute to the objectives of the Global Student Recruitment Team REQUIREMENTS – Experience or ability to support international recruitment activity – Ability to work with admissions and CRM systems – Ability to liaise with agents and recruitment partners – Ability to support international students through the application and recruitment process – Ability to contribute to recruitment partnerships and internationalisation initiatives WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS International recruitment plays an important role in building diverse academic communities and supporting institutional growth.
