We are seeking an Undergraduate Student Experience Officer to join our team at the Faculty Professional Services of the University of East Anglia. This role will specifically focus on providing support and positive communication for Undergraduate Year 3 students in the Norwich Business School, including those joining through our international partnerships.
Key responsibilities of the role include acting as a proactive and primary point of contact for these students, ensuring their pastoral support and facilitating effective communication. The successful candidate must have experience in working in a culturally diverse environment, as well as excellent project management and communication skills.
This is a full-time position on a fixed-term basis for 18 months. However, the University offers a range of flexible working options, and we welcome applications from individuals seeking alternative working patterns. This may include annualised hours, compressed working hours, part-time, job share, term-time only, and/or hybrid working.
