OVERVIEW The Assistant Director, Start Abroad Programs at the University of Miami supports the administration and daily operations of study abroad opportunities designed for first-year spring-admitted students. This role focuses on student advising, program coordination, recruitment support, and communication with families and institutional partners. The position also contributes to strategic enrollment initiatives and helps create a positive student experience abroad through collaboration with campus and international stakeholders.
