The midpoint of the range is approximately halfway between the minimum and the maximum and represents an employee that possesses full job knowledge, qualifications and experience for the position. The Manager, Global Learning provides operational and strategic leadership and is responsible for developing, managing, marketing, and assessing undergraduate Study Abroad and Exchange (SAE) and International Programs, including the Vancouver Summer Program (VSP), the UBC Sauder Social Entrepreneurship (SSE) and LIFT programs, the Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM) undergraduate programs, and the undergraduate Dual Degrees. The Manager works closely with other Program Managers to create, implement, manage and evaluate programs and initiatives that increase student engagement and satisfaction and support student success.
