OVERVIEW The Associate Director, International Recruitment for the Okanagan campus is a senior leadership role focused on advancing undergraduate international enrolment at the University of British Columbia’s Okanagan campus. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of international undergraduate student recruitment for the UBC Okanagan campus. – Oversee global recruitment activities across multiple regions and markets. – Manage international recruiters and contractors working abroad. – Develop and maintain partnerships that support international recruitment objectives. – Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements related to international recruitment. – Manage budgets associated with international recruitment activities. – Advise senior leadership on international enrolment growth and diversification.
