OVERVIEW The Associate Director, International Recruitment for the Okanagan campus is a senior leadership role focused on advancing undergraduate international enrolment at the University of British Columbia’s Okanagan campus. This position leads the strategic direction, planning, and delivery of global recruitment initiatives while supporting institutional goals for growth and diversification. The role combines people management, partnership development, operational oversight, and strategic advising within a complex international higher education environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of international undergraduate student recruitment for the UBC Okanagan campus. – Oversee global recruitment activities across multiple regions and markets. – Manage international recruiters and contractors working abroad. – Develop and maintain partnerships that support international recruitment objectives. – Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements related to international recruitment. – Manage budgets associated with international recruitment activities. – Advise senior leadership on international enrolment growth and diversification.
