The role requires a passionate and dedicated Trainer and Assessor whose role will be critical in delivering an exceptional learning experience, achieving the highest level of customer service, and providing student support. The successful applicant will be working on Contract and will be responsible for delivering training and assessments in the following qualifications: CHC30121- Certificate III IN Early Childhood Education and Care, CHC50212- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, and CHC33021- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disabilities). Key responsibilities include delivering engaging classes to all students, ensuring students’ course progress and attendance requirements are being met, assisting students in securing work placements, ensuring assessments are marked following policies and procedures, and providing a friendly, student-centric environment. The ideal candidate must be a natural people person and find satisfaction in helping others by possessing a positive attitude and displaying a can-do attitude and pride in timely delivery and superb work quality. The candidate should be a highly organized and proactive individual who can communicate professionally and respectfully with a diverse group of students. Candidates must have the current qualifications in the relevant discipline, the current TAE 40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, recent industry experience in the relevant sector, be able to demonstrate ongoing professional development in their chosen sector, current Working with Children and Police Check, previous experience working in the international education sector, demonstrated knowledge of CRICOS requirements, National Code, and the ESOS Act, and a passion for assisting international students with their education journey.
