OVERVIEW Liverpool John Moores University is seeking a Regional Manager South Asia to join its International Recruitment Team. This role focuses on advancing the university’s international recruitment activity and supporting its wider internationalisation strategy. The position involves significant engagement across markets abroad, with a strong emphasis on strategic recruitment activity in asia. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Support the university’s internationalisation strategy through international student recruitment activity – Contribute to the development of recruitment policy and recruitment strategy – Engage with internal stakeholders across the university to support international recruitment objectives – Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to enhance recruitment outcomes abroad – Represent the university during overseas visits and international recruitment activities REQUIREMENTS – Ability to undertake extensive international travel as part of the role – Willingness to work out of hours, both in the UK and abroad, to support recruitment activity WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS International recruitment plays a critical role in shaping a university’s global presence and long-term development.
