OVERVIEW The Outgoing Student Coordinator of the International Office at Hainan Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences (BiUH) is a manager-level role focused on coordinating student mobility and exchange programs. The position supports students who plan to study abroad and plays a central role in maintaining international academic cooperation. Working within the International Office, the coordinator ensures that outgoing mobility processes are academically sound, well-organized, and aligned with partner institutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Advise students on study abroad and exchange opportunities. – Coordinate outgoing student mobility and exchange programs. – Manage applications and nominations for partner universities. – Coordinate learning agreements and credit transfer processes. – Support double-degree programs, particularly those involving partner institutions in Germany. – Provide visa and travel assistance to outgoing students. – Liaise with partner universities and relevant consulates. – Deliver pre-departure preparation courses for students.
