OVERVIEW The Client Services Officer (International Arrivals & Program Support) at Flinders University plays a central front-line role in supporting international students as they commence and progress through their studies. Based at Bedford Park in Adelaide, this position focuses on arrivals, orientation, and program coordination to ensure a positive and compliant student experience. The role operates within an international education environment that prioritises service quality, student integration, and collaboration. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Provide front-line support services to international students. – Organise and coordinate international student arrivals. – Support the planning and delivery of orientation programs. – Coordinate social programs that assist international student integration. – Support international student engagement and transition into university life. – Manage related systems used for international student services. – Undertake reporting associated with arrivals, programs, and support activities. – Work closely with International Student Advisors. – Support compliance requirements related to international student services. – Contribute to the delivery of high-quality service outcomes for international students.
