OVERVIEW Adelaide University is seeking a Credit and Admissions Officer to support the Student and Academic Services function within the Scholarships and Admissions Standards team. The role focuses on ensuring domestic and international credit assessments are accurately completed while following relevant approval and compliance processes. This position also supports consistent communication with stakeholders across the University to maintain efficient admissions and academic services operations. The position reports to the Team Lead, Credit and Admissions, and contributes to the delivery of reliable and consistent services for students and university stakeholders. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to ensure processes are completed accurately. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Ensure domestic and international credit assessments are accurately completed – Follow relevant approval and compliance processes for admissions and credit activities – Provide timely and consistent communications with stakeholders across the University – Support a consistent and efficient approach to admissions and credit services – Work as part of the Scholarships and Admissions Standards team – Contribute to the Student and Academic Services function – Report to the Team Lead, Credit and Admissions REQUIREMENTS – Ability to ensure credit assessments are accurately completed – Ability to follow approval and compliance processes – Strong communication skills to provide timely and consistent stakeholder communications – Ability to support efficient admissions and academic services processes – Capacity to work collaboratively within the Scholarships and Admissions Standards team – Attention to detail in handling admissions and credit activities WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS This role supports the integrity and efficiency of university admissions and credit assessment processes.
