OVERVIEW The International Development Manager at Cranfield University is a senior international education role focused on driving global engagement, recruitment growth, and strategic partnerships. Based in Cranfield, Bedfordshire, this position plays a central role in shaping and delivering international marketing and recruitment activity across priority markets. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on relationship management to support the University’s internationalisation ambitions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Shape and deliver international marketing, recruitment, and partnership strategies to grow international student numbers at Cranfield University. – Provide oversight of international agent networks to support recruitment objectives. – Identify potential international partnerships and conduct due diligence to ensure strategic alignment. – Represent Cranfield University in key international markets, including the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. – Contribute as a senior member of the International Team to the University’s broader internationalisation strategy. – Manage and maintain external relationships that support international recruitment and partnership development. – Support the achievement of international recruitment targets through coordinated strategic activity.
