OVERVIEW The Director – Learning Innovation & Student Success at DASKALOS is a senior, strategic role focused on launching and scaling international branch campuses of globally accredited universities in India. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Play a critical and strategic role in launching international branch campuses of globally accredited universities in India. – Support the scaling of international branch campus operations within the Indian higher education landscape. – Collaborate with academic leaders at international campuses to align learning innovation and student success strategies. – Design experiential learning frameworks that enhance student engagement and real-world readiness. – Mobilize industry experts to contribute to learning experiences and student development initiatives. – Establish data-driven systems to measure and evaluate student outcomes in a transnational education context.
