OVERVIEW The Director – Learning Innovation & Student Success at DASKALOS is a senior, strategic role focused on launching and scaling international branch campuses of globally accredited universities in India. Based in Mumbai, this position operates at the intersection of academic leadership, experiential learning design, and student outcomes within a transnational education environment. The role requires close collaboration with international partners to ensure high-quality, future-ready learning experiences that align with global standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Play a critical and strategic role in launching international branch campuses of globally accredited universities in India. – Support the scaling of international branch campus operations within the Indian higher education landscape. – Collaborate with academic leaders at international campuses to align learning innovation and student success strategies. – Design experiential learning frameworks that enhance student engagement and real-world readiness. – Mobilize industry experts to contribute to learning experiences and student development initiatives. – Establish data-driven systems to measure and evaluate student outcomes in a transnational education context.
