OVERVIEW The Regional Manager role at Flinders University focuses on driving international student recruitment across Australasia, the Americas, and Europe. Based in Adelaide, South Australia, this position plays a strategic and outward-facing role, combining market planning, relationship management, and global representation. It is suited to an experienced international education professional who is comfortable working across regions and cultures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Lead international student recruitment plans and initiatives for assigned regions. – Attract prospective international students to Flinders University. – Represent the University at international recruitment events and roadshows. – Work closely with International Recruitment teams. – Collaborate with College teams to support recruitment objectives. REQUIREMENTS – Extensive experience in international education or a related field. – Strong cross-cultural communication skills. – Experience in budget management. – Willingness and ability to undertake international travel.
