OVERVIEW The Head – Career Services & Alumni Engagement is a senior leadership position at EMERITUS Institute of Management based in Mumbai. This opportunity combines strategic leadership with operational execution in higher education. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Lead career services strategy initiatives – Build a robust industry ecosystem – Drive successful internships and placements – Develop and maintain employer partnerships – Lead alumni engagement activities across each IBC – Support student career readiness initiatives – Manage internship and placement activities – Expand global employer engagement efforts – Support higher education pathways – Enhance overall student outcomes REQUIREMENTS – Senior leadership capability – Experience related to career services – Ability to manage employer partnerships – Knowledge of alumni engagement practices – Experience supporting internships and placements – Understanding of student career readiness initiatives – Ability to contribute to higher education pathways – Capacity to build industry relationships and engagement opportunities WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS This role plays an important part in connecting student success with employer expectations in higher education.
