OVERVIEW The Partnerships Manager role at The PIE focuses on developing and managing commercial relationships across the international education sector. This position is designed for a professional who can own a global territory, identify partnership opportunities, and build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders. The role is ideally based in London, UK, although strong candidates from other locations may also be considered. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Own a global territory and build, manage, and grow a portfolio of partnerships with international education organisations – Develop and execute a territory strategy that drives new business and strengthens existing relationships – Manage the full partnership cycle from prospecting and pitching through to closing and account growth – Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers across the market – Consult with partners to understand their goals and position appropriate The PIE solutions – Identify commercial opportunities within the territory and act on them proactively – Deliver presentations and proposals to senior-level audiences – Represent The PIE at global conferences and events within the international education sector – Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting REQUIREMENTS – Ability to open doors and engage with decision-makers at the right level – Experience building partnerships that are long-term and commercially valuable – Ability to manage and grow a territory independently – Strong commercial relationship-building skills – Confidence in prospecting, pitching, closing, and growing partnerships – Ability to consult with partners and understand organisational goals – Strong presentation and proposal delivery skills – Ability to identify and act on commercial opportunities – Willingness to represent the organisation at global conferences and events – Strong CRM management and forecasting skills – Ideally based in London, UK, although candidates from anywhere in the world may be considered WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Partnership-focused roles are central to the growth and sustainability of organisations operating in international education.
