OVERVIEW This role offers a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced recruitment and admissions professional within UK higher education. Based at the University of Chichester, the Director of Recruitment, Admissions and Strategic Growth plays a central role in shaping and delivering the institution’s student growth ambitions across home, international, and emerging markets. The position sits within the Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions & Communications team and has strategic influence across recruitment performance, income generation, and global engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Lead the end-to-end student recruitment journey – Drive student growth ambitions across home, international, and emerging markets – Shape recruitment and admissions strategy – Sharpen recruitment and admissions performance – Lead high-impact recruitment and conversion activity – Strengthen student conversion rates – Broaden access to the University – Increase institutional income through recruitment activity – Lead Chi World, the University’s global hub for international activity – Develop international partnerships – Lead international market development – Develop transnational education opportunities REQUIREMENTS – Senior-level experience as a student recruitment and admissions specialist in Higher Education WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS This role is critical to the University of Chichester’s ability to compete in an increasingly complex and global higher education market.
