OVERVIEW The Educational Partnerships Institutional Liaison Manager (ILM) at Oxford Brookes University is a full-time, fixed-term role focused on advancing the University’s international engagement through transnational education partnerships. Based in Oxford, this position sits within the Educational Partnerships team and supports the institution’s global strategy over an 18-month period. The role combines partnership development, regulatory oversight, and project leadership across a diverse international portfolio. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Develop and manage international transnational education (TNE) partnerships from early-stage proposals through to fully operational delivery. – Oversee academic quality, standards, and the student experience across global partner institutions. – Provide expert advice on UK and international regulatory frameworks relevant to educational partnerships. – Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects that support the University’s international strategy.
