OVERVIEW The Head of Franchise role at StudyIn is a senior commercial leadership position focused on building and scaling a global franchise office network for international student recruitment. Operating in a remote, global context and reporting to the Director of Franchise & Partner Channels, this role combines strategic planning, people management, and partner oversight. It is designed for an experienced international education professional who can align growth objectives with quality assurance across diverse markets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Lead the strategic development and expansion of StudyIn’s franchise office network – Work with franchise owners to grow international student recruitment – Oversee franchise onboarding processes – Ensure quality assurance across the franchise network – Support and manage global expansion initiatives – Act as a people manager with responsibility for a team of five REQUIREMENTS WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Franchise and partner-led models are central to how international education organizations achieve sustainable global reach.
