OVERVIEW The Admissions Program Manager supports the USC Marshall School of Business Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Outreach in partnership with USC Enrollment Services. This role focuses on recruitment, outreach, enrollment planning, communications, events, and scholarship initiatives that support undergraduate admissions goals. The position also contributes to special projects and collaborates with campus partners to help engage and enroll prospective first-year and transfer students. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Support undergraduate recruitment and conversion activities – Lead undergraduate merit scholarship programs – Implement recruitment and yield initiatives – Represent usc Marshall at recruitment events and admissions travel activities – Collaborate with campus partners on enrollment and outreach efforts – Analyze admissions and enrollment data to support planning and decision-making – Coordinate communications and events related to undergraduate admissions – Support departmental priorities and special projects connected to enrollment goals – Assist with scholarship administration activities – Engage prospective students through outreach and recruitment efforts REQUIREMENTS – Experience supporting undergraduate admissions and outreach initiatives – Ability to coordinate recruitment, communications, and events activities – Experience analyzing admissions and enrollment data – Ability to collaborate with campus partners and support departmental priorities – Experience with scholarship administration and enrollment initiatives – Ability to represent the institution during recruitment events and admissions travel WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS This position contributes directly to undergraduate enrollment success by supporting recruitment, outreach, admissions, and scholarship initiatives.
