OVERVIEW CQUniversity is seeking a Transnational Coursework Manager to support the management and growth of transnational coursework programs and academic partnerships. The role focuses on international education operations, offshore collaboration, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth across international partnerships. This position supports the university’s international ambitions by strengthening partnerships and enhancing the experience of students studying through offshore and pathway arrangements. The successful candidate will work closely with offshore partners and international education networks while contributing to the university’s broader international strategy. The role requires an understanding of regulatory frameworks related to transnational education as well as international student recruitment and admissions practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Lead the management and growth of transnational coursework programs – Oversee academic partnerships and international education partnerships – Support sustainable growth initiatives across offshore and pathway arrangements – Work with offshore partners and international education networks – Support the university’s internationalisation ambitions and global reputation – Oversee regulatory compliance relating to transnational education activities – Contribute to the experience of students studying through offshore and pathway arrangements – Support activities connected to international student recruitment and admissions practices REQUIREMENTS – Knowledge of Australian regulatory frameworks governing transnational education – Knowledge of international regulatory frameworks governing transnational education – Understanding of international student recruitment practices – Understanding of international student admissions practices – Ability to manage international education partnerships – Strategic and commercially minded approach WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Roles focused on international education and transnational partnerships are increasingly important as universities expand offshore delivery and international collaboration.
