OVERVIEW This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the recruitment and admissions of two flagship MBA programmes at a world-leading university. As Recruitment & Admissions Officer for the Full-Time and Weekend MBA, you will support prospective candidates throughout the full admissions journey while representing Imperial Business School to a global audience. The position combines applicant engagement, admissions support, and external representation within a collaborative, high-performing team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Support the recruitment and admissions processes for the Full-Time MBA and Weekend MBA programmes – Engage with prospective applicants across the full journey, from initial enquiry through to enrolment – Recruit, assess, and nurture prospective MBA candidates – Help shape cohort quality and diversity across both MBA programmes – Represent Imperial Business School at domestic and international recruitment events – Contribute to end-to-end pipeline engagement for MBA admissions REQUIREMENTS – Ability to work full time in a hybrid role based at the South Kensington campus – Willingness to undertake occasional weekend work – Willingness to travel internationally as part of recruitment activities WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS MBA recruitment and admissions play a critical role in shaping the future leadership community of a business school.
