OVERVIEW The Country Manager role for Kaplan International in Vietnam is a senior leadership position focused on expanding and strengthening Kaplan’s presence in a strategically important education market. Employed by Globalization Partners Vietnam and providing services to Kaplan International, the role combines commercial leadership, partnership development, and cross-functional coordination. The position acts as the primary senior representative for Kaplan in Vietnam, with responsibility for growth, reputation, and alignment across academic and operational activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Act as a senior representative for Kaplan International in Vietnam. – Drive sustainable growth in student enrolments within the Vietnam market. – Strengthen Kaplan International’s presence and overall impact in Vietnam. – Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, government bodies, education agents, and industry stakeholders. – Enhance collaboration across in-country teams supporting Kaplan’s activities. – Align commercial, academic, and operational activities to support Kaplan’s objectives in Vietnam. – Increase brand visibility and position Kaplan as a leading education provider in the region. – Ensure a high-quality experience for students and institutional partners. – Support the development of strategic partnerships that contribute to long-term market growth.
