OVERVIEW The Associate Director (UKP) role at Kaplan International is a senior leadership position focused on driving student enrolment to UK pathway partners across the Indian Subcontinent. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Lead the regional strategy for student enrolment to all UK pathway partners across the Indian Subcontinent – Drive the development of new markets within the region to support sustainable enrolment growth – Ensure accommodation take-up across all UK colleges is actively promoted and achieved through this role – Take a responsible and data-informed approach to market development, guided by visa refusal rates – Use BCA statistics to inform planning, decision-making, and market prioritisation REQUIREMENTS – Proven experience in a leadership role within the Indian Subcontinent – Background in international student enrolment, ideally for UK education institutions – Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding enrolment and accommodation targets – In-depth knowledge of local business culture, market dynamics, and the regulatory landscape – Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills – Willingness to travel within the region and internationally as required WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS This role directly influences how students from the Indian Subcontinent access UK education through pathway programmes.
