ABOUT THE ROLE The Foundation College is seeking an experienced EAL/AMEP teacher who can provide excellent teaching and vocational expertise. This role involves delivering engaging teaching sessions, developing resources, and supporting learners in their educational journey. The successful candidate will be an active member of the Foundation College team, working towards educational excellence and student-centered services. Key responsibilities include: Designing and delivering effective teaching sessions Creating tailored resources to meet diverse learning styles Enhancing the student experience and employability skills Supporting students during workplace placements Ensuring high-quality teaching delivery and assessment strategies ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you should hold a tertiary qualification in adult education, along with a Postgraduate in TESOL qualification and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Registration with VIT or a current Employee Working With Children Check is also required.
